Our Stories Productions uses the West African Adinkra Symbol, "Wawa ABA- seed of the Wawa tree. The symbol represents hardiness, toughness and perseverance." The symbol of the Wawa represent founder/CEO, Angel L. Brown life experience and her company's quest to produce in-depth stories that reflect the people's experiences in truth through multi-media projects "One Film at a Time".

Angel L. Brown founded Our Stories Productions, an independent multi-media production company officially in 2005. Our Stories Productions is dedicated to producing stories in search of truth and spirituality reflecting on and preserving our history. We aim to enlighten and re-introducing experiences of the African Diaspora in a new unconventional thought-provoking storytelling way, aiming to breakdown generations of silence, isms and stereotypes.
